Linking your Membership to your online account

Troubleshooting & FAQ’s
If you are booking an event at the AAM and your membership discount is not showing at checkout, this means you have not logged in to your account before adding items into your basket.
To log in to your account go to audainartmuseum.com/tickets and press the green ‘My Account’ button. From there, choose your sign-in partner (Microsoft or Google). This will take you to your account. Press the blue ‘Save’ button at the bottom right and this will redirect you back to the ticket selection page.
You may also not be able to access your membership discounts because your membership may have expired. Log in to your account to check, or email [email protected] to request this information.

This is a known issue and the software company is working on fixing this bug, but anticipates it may take some time to implement.
Some browser platforms (Chrome, Safari etc) have pre-set blocking all cookies and/or “Cross Site Tracking”
In order to resolve the issue you would need to modify these settings.
Example, Apple iPhone using Safari
1) Open Settings
2) In Settings, open Safari
3) Scroll down to Privacy & Security
4) Turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”
Example, Chrome on a Desktop
1) Open Settings
2) Open Privacy and security
3) Open Third Party Cookies
If ‘Block third-party cookies’ is enabled you will not be able to login
4) Ensure Block third-party cookies in Incognito Mode is selected
You should now be able to link your membership.
Membership numbers are 17 digits long and start with the letter M.
Please contact [email protected] and an email will be issued that contains your digital PDF membership card and number.
Staff will also verify that your membership is valid.

When you next arrive at the Museum, check in at the admissions desk and request your card(s) to be printed.
An account is required in order to receive online discounts for events, and to be able to sign up for member exclusive events. Discounts will apply automatically when your membership is linked to an online account.
You are able to use the email address of your choice when connecting through Google or Microsoft.
As linking your account requires you to verify who you are via email, and retrieve the password, staff are not able to link your account on your behalf.
If you have not received any emails from the Audain Art Museum and are confident you are using the correct email address, you may have unsubscribed from our emails. If you think this is the case, please contact [email protected].
