Join renowned photographer Blake Jorgenson for an immersive two-day photography workshop designed for teens and young adults aged 15–25. Open to all experience levels—from beginners picking up a camera for the first time to aspiring professional photographers—the workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the creative and professional world of photography.

Over two days, participants will take part in outdoor photography assignments, explore techniques for developing their photographic vision, and learn about editing and post-production using photography software. The workshop will also introduce participants to the process of selecting, preparing, and publishing photographic work.

A key focus of the workshop will be working toward the creation of a selection of images suitable for a future showcase in the Audain Art Museum’s Cressey Hall. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their work with guidance from Blake and gain insight into how professional photographers approach image-making, editing, and preparing work for exhibition.

Whether you are just getting started or looking to take your photography to the next level, this workshop is an opportunity to learn, experiment, and develop your own photographic voice.
