Services & Guidelines
- Service animals are welcome throughout the museum. They must have valid documentation and be clearly identified by indicators such as a vest or harness.
- Strollers, wheelchairs, and motorized scooters are permitted and should be operated at a walking pace for everyone’s safety.
- Lost and Found items are handled through the admissions desk. For inquiries, please contact info@audainartmuseum.com or 604.962.0413 ext. 109.

- Wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Elevator access available upon request for navigating between gallery levels.
- Accessible parking located at:
- The north end of Day Lot Parking 3
- The south end of Day Lot Parking 4
- Wheelchair-accessible entrance via the street-level main entrance on Blackcomb Way, with a five-minute drop-off zone directly in front of the museum.
